Today marks the last day of our training weekend in Kilkenny. We are fully charged and ready to go! God has already done some amazing things over the past weekend. He has worked in our hearts and minds to prepare us for the mission ahead of us. Whether it was through amazing times of worship or hearing some empowering talks, God has been equipping us to work with the awesome teens in Ireland.
This morning we talked about asking God to instill in us a passion for the mission and a great love for the teens in Ireland. We are currently having lunch and are eagerly waiting for the arrival of our bus to take us to our designated locations. Our three teams will be splitting up for the first time and going to Gorey and Greystones while the Kilkenny team stays behind to do some great work with The Rock.
While it is sad to leave Nore Valley Park we are excited for the journey ahead! Our prayer and our hope for the trip is that God would set a fire in our hearts that cannot be put out. We are all safe and healthy but if you could please continue to pray for us that would be very appreciated. We cannot do anything without God and we have a big job to do so prayer is very important!
